Madhav is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication with 12 years of experience in journalism. He has been involved with various organisations and has focused on development journalism, covering health, environment, agriculture, gender, and child labour. Madhav has received 12 media awards and fellowships for his work on ground-level issues. Since January 2024, he has been associated with Asar to enhance his understanding of the communication sector.
