Omkar brings over four years of experience in climate-resilient agriculture, natural resource management, and watershed development. He holds an M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from ICAR-IARI, New Delhi. At Asar, Omkar is focused on climate change initiatives in Jharkhand and Bihar, emphasizing on alternative livelihoods, climate action, and resilient farming practices in agriculture-dependent regions. Prior to joining Asar, he worked with organizations such as the Watershed Organization Trust (WOTR) and the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), where he contributed to community-based and sustainable solutions.
