Divya Bharthi is the Director of People & Culture at Asar. She is a passionate and innovative educator who fosters inclusive learning environments and drives strategic partnerships to enhance educational outcomes.
She brings a rich blend of technical and educational expertise with a Bachelor’s in Technology, Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, and an M.A. in Leadership and Educational Change from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her career spans over a decade, during which she has designed and implemented impactful educational products and initiatives.
Previously, she has worked with renowned organizations like Teach For India and FourthRev crafting meaningful learning experiences, building structuers and processes to develop adults in fulfilling what they love to do.
Divya is also a long-distance runner and a trained classical musician. During her free time, she loves playing with her dog and reading books.
