Ankita brings over eight years of experience in the development sector, working across diverse domains including sustainable agriculture, health, renewable energy, and women’s entrepreneurship. With a Master’s degree in Agriculture and Rural Development, she has built strong expertise in organization development, project management, training and capacity building, planning, communication, and community development.

Born and raised in northern India and currently based in Kolkata, Ankita is driven by curiosity and a deep interest in people and cultures. Her passion for travel has taken her to different parts of the country, and she’s always looking for the next adventure—be it trekking through the mountains, experimenting with local cuisines, or learning new skills like swimming and playing the guitar. A lifelong learner and a Satyajit Ray admirer, Ankita believes in blending purpose with exploration—both professionally and personally.
