Fever Dream is a satirical climate theatre production that brings the realities of extreme heat to the stage.
The world is getting hotter, and cities across India are feeling the impact of rising temperatures and heat stress. Through humour, storytelling, and sharp satire, Fever Dream invites audiences to confront one of the most urgent climate challenges of our time.
Set on the stage of a fictional tech talent show, the play follows three contestants – Viren, Shree, and Deepak – as they pitch their invention: Cool Pods, a revolutionary technology that promises to protect humanity from the blistering heat of global warming.
If they can win over the audience, they walk away with a ₹2 crore seed fund and the chance to save millions of lives.
But will technology solve the climate crisis?
Or are we avoiding the harder questions?
Blending comedy with climate reality, Fever Dream asks audiences to reconsider how we respond to a warming world.
